The company was founded in 2000 as a small company, having as main activity Wholesale of electrical household appliances, appliances and radio and television. Mr. Michail Davleris, the sole shareholder and director.

At the end of 2001, the company feels the need to expand and relocates its activities to a new headquarters with an area of 1,000 square meters. In October 2009, it completes the headquarters in Valcele, Feleacu commune, Cluj county, with a total built area of 2,500 square meters, including the central warehouse. 

The main objective of the company is importing and distributing nationwide electrical and lighting, addressing all the companies profiled and the power of construction, interior design, installation and service of electric companies and manufacturers of panels and switchboards.

Our sales policy involves promoting our products exclusively through wholesalers of electrical materials. Our transaction policy is one of coordination. Our strategy is oriented towards achieving full efficiency in our distribution services.
